Welcome to BluKyte. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the BluKyte mobile application ("App", “BluKyte App”), provided by BluKyte Ventures, LLC ("We", "Us", "Our"). By using the App, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should cease using the App immediately. We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time without notice. 

 

Acceptance of Terms 

Your use of the App constitutes your acceptance of these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that all persons who access the App through your device are aware of these Terms, and that they comply with them. 

 

Eligibility 

To use the BluKyte app, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid email address and phone number. You also agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information about yourself and your group members. 

 

Registration 

To use the BluKyte app, you must register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. 

 

Usage of the App 

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the BluKyte app.  You must not use Services provided by the App for any unlawful purposes or in a way that violates these Terms. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users of the App and any other parties with whom you interact through the App. 

 

Content 

All information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, videos, messages, tags, or other materials ("Content") are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such Content originated. We do not control the Content posted via the App and, as such, do not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of such Content. 

 

User Conduct 

You agree not to use the App to: harm others or upload any content that is obscene, defamatory, hateful, or violate any laws. BluKyte reserves the right to remove any content without prior notice. 

 

Intellectual Property 

The BluKyte name, the BluKyte logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of BluKyte Ventures, LLC or its affiliates or licensors. You may not use such marks without the prior written permission of BluKyte Ventures, LLC. 

 

Privacy 

Your privacy is important to us. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information about how we collect and use your data. 

 

Limitation of Liability 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BluKyte shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses. 

 

Governing Law and Jurisdiction 

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where BluKyte Ventures, LLC is established. 

By continuing to access or use the App after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, please stop using the App.
